HOW WE WORK

We have expertise in setting up and managing coaching, supporting companies of all sizes wanting a cost effective, long-term solution. As each company is unique we tailor the perfect programme to fit their requirements, from providing external resources to developing confidence and expertise for internal coaches encompassing training, supervision and ongoing support. We can:

  • collaboratively set up and run registers of external coaches
  • help set up and train registers of internal coaches
  • provide ongoing developmental support for internal coaches including supervision
  • feed back patterns & themes from coaching, without breaking confidentiality, allowing the organization to get enhanced value from the individual coaching carried out

Our Philosophy

We provide the expert support that can unlock untapped potential within people & organizations by closely partnering our clients and providing a safe space to reflect on what is going well and where to make changes.

We support, encourage and challenge our clients which enables them to develop new ideas and/or behaviours and deal with assumptions, transforming their performance while holding true to their values.  Where organizational situations seem complicated we will attempt to help our clients come up with simple and effective solutions. We aim to serve the needs of the individual while honouring the needs of the organization that will normally be paying, and all the stakeholders from customers, clients and communties to the more-than-human world.

Our Associates

Associates draw on many approaches to unlock this potential, which can include NLP, cognitive behavioral, solutions-focused coaching, appreciative inquiry, Time To Think, neuroscience and transpersonal coaching, or psychometric tools such as 360s, Hogan, the MBTI or Firo B.

All our associates subscribe to the ethical codes of key coaching and mentoring professional bodies. Each of these operates complaints procedures.
