Individual supervision is flexible and can be tailored according to the needs of the coaching, mentoring or consultancy practitioner. Supervision through Eve Turner Associates is available both in-house within organizations, and with individual, private practitioners working in the public, private and third sectors or doing personal work with clients.
Supervisees may choose to bring a wide range of topics, from discussing clients cases anonymously to preserve confidentiality to discussing their own personal development and that of their business. It is always done within a systemic context, paying attention to the needs of all parties to the coaching, mentoring or consultancy work. A number of approaches are offered, from the use of systemic tools such as the 7-eyed model (Hawkins & Shohet) to Supervision in a Thinking Environment© (Kline).
Eve Turner, Nick Smith and Jackee Holder are all qualified and experienced supervisors. They can work face-to-face or virtually through videoconferencing or phone. For more details including availability and pricing please click here.
“I believe supervision is the most undervalued part of our work and Eve’s focus on developing a community of learning across the supervision space so that we might develop and grow this capability I find inspirational.”
