Coaching at Work conference – July 6th There are just a few spaces left for the annual Coaching at Work conference which takes place in London on July 6th. The subject is “Maintaining Momentum: Coaching and Mentoring in a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) World.” I am delighted to be running two sessions, one on the subject of ‘Working Together: creating effective multi-stakeholder contracting’ with Professor Peter Hawkins. The other is on the group and team coaching approach, Leadership Circles, with the University of Southampton Director of HR Janice Donaldson and Professor Peter G. R. Smith the Associate Pro Vice-Chancellor (International). It promises to be a thought provoking day, covering a wide range of topics, including ‘When VUCA rocks your world – how Peak Performance Coaching is supporting the Christchurch rebuild.”
