Understanding our values – a free tool 
In a recent session of the Global Supervisors’ Network I was reminded of just how much our values play out in our life, personal and professional, and how they influence our patterns and challenges.
The facilitator, Benita Treanor, directed us to the Barrett Values Centre, where there is a free questionnaire that takes around 5 minutes to do. I found the results both interesting and very accurate! and of course they can apply to us as individuals but will effect how we feel in relation to the culture of any organizations we work with or for.
Completing the questionnaire is a standalone activity and does not lead to contact from the Centre. I have found it helpful with leaders, coaches, mentors and supervisors.
