Future Challenges and the Contribution of Coaching What a great topic for discussion! I am really looking forward to this session with APECS immediate past chair David Lane. It is on 25th June 0830-1030 UK time.
David will look at the future needs of coaching; how we enable organizations to deal with multiple changes without necessarily having clarity on the causation. All this has an implication for the way we coach, we train coaches, and the CPD we do. This is a fascinating topic and I look forward to being part of the exploration.
