The Necessary Revolution in Coaching from Ego-centric to Eco-centric Following a highly successful session at the Coaches Rising conference in July, attended by six hundred people, Professor Peter Hawkins and I are leading a session for APECS, the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision on the next steps for coaching against the background of Covid-19 and climate change. There are limited places for the session which is on Monday 23rd November at 1530 UK time. Entitled “The Necessary Revolution in Coaching from Ego-centric to Eco-centric” this workshop will consider how we work systemically and keep the needs of the whole world rather than just one person in front of us.
