Paper on multi-stakeholder contracting freely available!

A paper drawing on the research done by Professor Peter Hawkins and Eve has just been published in the latest edition of the International Journal of Evidence-Based Coaching and Mentoring and is freely available to download. The paper is an analysis of practice in executive/business coaching with recommendations to gain best value for all stakeholders involved. It draws on the findings from 650 respondents to an online survey, consisting of coaches, organizational representatives and individual clients. The journal is hosted by the International Centre for Coaching & Mentoring Studies at Oxford Brookes University Business School.
