Health and Wellbeing at Work – conference speaker The annual exhibition and conference on Health and Wellbeing at Work is taking place at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, UK, 6-7 March 2018. I am honoured to have been asked to speak at what is the UK’s leading event for occupational health, HR and other healthcare and management professionals responsible for improving the health, safety, wellbeing and performance of work-aged people. The event is running for the 12th year, and has several thousand visitors. One of the parallel conference strands is on coaching and coaching psychology and I have been asked to speak on “The Importance of Supervision in Coaching Practice” on the Tuesday morning. Other strand presentations will look at areas such as neuroscience and coaching, dealing with stress and fatigue, and how to coach managers on managing attendance.
