Book recommendation: Mastering Executive Coaching, edited by Jonathan Passmore, Brian Underhill and Marshall Goldsmith 
I am delighted to recommend a new book on coaching, called Mastering Executive Coaching. It is edited by three leaders in the field: Jonathan Passmore, Brian Underhill and Marshall Goldsmith and is in 4 parts:
- Mastering themes: contracting, ethics and evaluation
- Delivering value to clients: behavioural change, organizational change, exploring meaning, purpose, values and strengths, and through cross-cultural team coaching
- Contemporary challenges: internally resourced coaching, centralized provision, coaching challenging executives, using neuroscience and super-vision
- Case studies
I am honoured to have contributed chapters 2 and 3: the first with Professor Peter Hawkins on Mastering Contracting and the other with Jonathan Passmore on Mastering Ethics.
