April – the month of conferences
I was delighted to attend and speak, with colleague Lise Lewis, at two exceptional conferences in April: the EMCC Coaching and Mentoring conference in Amsterdam and the Coaching Supervision in the Americas conference in Victoria, Canada. Both had fabulous sessions with the usual challenge of which, of many excellent sessions, to select. As always there was much learning and the opportunity to make new connections and re-forge old ones. From the lively debate and keenness for supervision demonstrated by attendees, it is fast becoming an essential part of coaches’ continuing development and reflective practice in the Americas. The next conferences are in Dublin and Montreal respectively – see you there!
