Podcast for Earth Day with Rashmi Shetty and Josie McLean I was honoured to celebrate Earth Day (22nd April 2026) by recording a video podcast with my friend and colleague Josie McLean for ‘U n’ I with Rashmi Shetty.’ We recalled our journey setting up the Climate Coaching Alliance which began through a conversation between Alison Whybrow, Josie and me on 14th November 2019. It was wonderful to recall those first months, the wonderful support we had from the coaching profession and from people like Rashmi, including in response to our (my!) crazy idea to go round the world in 24 hours hosting an event in every time zone on 5th March 2020, discussing climate change.
