Co-author of new EMCC white paper on climate and sustainability
Co-author of new EMCC white paper on climate and sustainability I am very proud to have been involved in the production and publication of a provocative EMCC white paper on climate and sustainability. Drawing both on the recently published fourth version of the Global Code of Ethics with its new section on values, and on integral ecology, what might this mean for our practice as coaches, mentors and supervisors? Alongside the white paper, there is an appendix of case studies from practice and additional resources. This is a wonderful, reflective resource for anyone in our profession, with questions and approaches, all offered in the spirit of curiosity and dialogue.
