Coaching at Work conference this Wednesday 3 July
There are a couple of places left for this week’s Coaching at Work conference in London, at the Holiday Inn in Bloomsbury. The theme is Excellence in Organisational Coaching and Mentoring: Empowering, engaging and inspiring people at work. The conference is always thought-provoking, enjoyable, very well organised and attended, with a mix of internal and external coaches and purchasers of coaching. There’s also an opportunity to celebrate people in the profession: coaches and mentors (external and internal), supervisors and writers with a strong shortlist for the annual awards. I am delighted to be presenting with Peter Hawkins in the morning on systemic coaching and delivering value beyond the individual, then with Gregor Findlay and Natasha Maw on the Halos and Horns model in the afternoon and to have received 3 nominations for Best Article/Series, two with colleagues.
