New ILM Level 7 course in Executive Coaching and Mentoring
New ILM Level 7 course in Executive Coaching and Mentoring Eve Turner is delighted to be one of the team involved in an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) executive coaching and mentoring programme. The next available open course starts in September 2017. The faculty consists of three highly experienced coaches who have several thousand hours of practice working across all sectors, alongside experience as senior leaders themselves. The modular programme is aimed at senior leaders, HR/OD practitioners and coaches wishing to get a formal qualification. While it provides a rich assortment of approaches and tools, the programme is also highly practical with many opportunities for practice with feedback, leading to this nationally recognized qualification. There is a high level of continuing support throughout the six months of the programme, including supervision. More details are available here.
